We are looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Technician / Installer to work alongside our current technical lead at a partner level.

What are we looking for?

Proven Autonomy: Experience leading residential and/or commercial HVAC installs and service troubleshooting.

Credentials: EPA 608 Universal Certification. State Mechanical License in OH or MI is a plus.

Craftsmanship & Pride: Someone who takes genuine pride in safety, clean sheet metal, proper vacuum pulls, brazing with nitrogen, organized van stock, and treating people with respect.

Ownership Mindset: A team player who communicates clearly, solves complex field challenges, and wants to build a long-term reputation in the community.
